Welcome to my website! My name is Kinga Zielinska and I am a make-up artist. What started out as an addition to my stage work (I had been trained as a dancer from an early age and later studied theatre, film and television as my MA degree) has become a permanent job and a life's passion. I see make-up as an art form full of non-ending possibilities of expressing the language of colour, shape, emotions and movement. Its design must be felt, understood and executed, so that it fits a character in a play or a film, suits a person or a model perfectly and does not work against them. I take my inspirations from visual arts, nature and music but try to make my works my own by adding emotions and knowledge. It is always hard work but it is also a lot of fun!
